How to order
I need the following information when you order a photograph:
- 1. Image number
- 2. Height/width in mm and number of DPI
- 3. End use, size of print run, size of image in relation to the printed page, image placement (e.g. cover, inside page). Ideally, send me a PDF-file showing how you intend to crop and use the image
- 4. Invoicing address

Conditions:
Rough images: Feel free to use rough images for preparation and layout. Let me know if you need a larger example. On publication, you will be invoiced according to the price list.
Copyright: Peter Rosén must always appear in the published version.
Prices, billing and delivery: Payment within 30 days, amount subject to VAT. Interest is payable after the due payment date. All prices relate to a single publication. The purchaser is responsible for publication and for accounting how the picture has been used. Enclosing publications is often helpful. The image may only be handled by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Human images: If the image represents an easily recognisable person, it is the duty of the publisher according to current law to obtain consent for commercial publication. RosénMedia accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of images of private individuals. I am more than happy to help you make the required contacts.
